My previous research experience concerned both the conscious/non-conscious perception of emotional body postures, using fMRI, and the behavioural reaction to them, combining immersive virtual reality and psychophysiological measures (heart rate, body sway).

My current work at the AgliotiLab will be taking advantage of immersive virtual reality and EEG in order to shed light on the neural underpinnings of social touch, and in particular intimate touch.
