During my previous research experience, I investigated the neural correlates of action monitoring and action observation during (minimally) interactive scenarios, as well the brain responses to body stimuli conveying different (social and not) affordances. Lately I have been working on multisensory processes, from exploring how they might be modulated by social motor interactions to understanding how we can improve our way to investigate them. To do so, I use a combination of univariate and multivariate approaches to analyse behavioural and electrophysiological (EEG) data. Generally, I am interested in time-series data, sociality and how we can move from the understanding of fundamental mechanisms to both clinical and non-clinical ecological applications.
